Jurassic World™: The Game review
One of many games based on Jurassic World movies for mobile devices: it has the same characters, same locations and, of course, same dinosaurs. There is build, quest and fight genres all in one. Very appealing, very engulfing, very enticing. It makes you relive the movies in some way, but at the same time this game has a different goal - you have to build the Jurassic World from scratch.
Storyline 9/10
You start the game on the island of Isla Nublar where you jump right away to fighting one dinosaur to another. Basically, you need to build the Jurassic World-park from scratch so your dinosaurs would live, thrive. You build new locations for them, upgrade the locations and dinosaurs by receiving daily bonuses and rewards for quest completions or fight victories. Your dinosaurs can be of a different breed, they each get their own powers and strengths which you can and must upgrade so you could win the fights. You collect the dinosaurs, you can sell them, and you can even cross species to get a new type of dinosaur. You have to build the space from the island’s jungle for each of your pet-dinosaur, and you can upgrade the spaces as well. By the end f this game you should have your own finished Jurassic World island.
Graphics and Controls 10/10
Jurassic World Game is very cinematic, it’s like you watch a movie all over again. Especially amazing are the human characters - Owen Grady looks exactly like Chris Pratt. The dinosaurs look great as well - very detailed, very different. The creators made sure that each dinosaur and its evolutionary modification had a unique shape, color, and features. It’s really cool to watch how they grow and evolve. And for that experience, it doesn’t bug or glitch, and the game performs at the highest level. Even on Android.
Sound 6/10
The sound on this game isn’t that impressive, but that might be an advantage if you don’t like too much sound in your gaming experience. It has basic sounds for every action in the game, same each time that’s why you can get used to it quite fast. But it has Jurassic World movies main copyright theme songs so if you’re a fan of the movies you’ll definitely appreciate that. For me, it doesn’t matter so I just usually switch the sound off.
