A Legendary Update In Super Mario Maker 2 Trailer

The Super Mario Maker 2 platform game received A Legendary Update. The trailer was revealed recently.  A new free of charge update will be available on December 5. Super Mario Maker 2 receives a Link character from series Legend of Zelda, new gameplay, and additional course parts.

Spike and Pokey

There is a new enemy in town, and not just one. The first one is called Spike, and it looks like a small dinosaur or overgrown evil turtle. He throws spiky balls that Mario has to jump over. But once you manage to control these spiky balls, you can use them for your own purposes. Spike can also throw snowballs in snow themes. Pokey is just a set of cactus pods that have spikes as well. Don’t touch these spikes or you will get hurt. Use fireballs to get rid of them.

Frozen Coins

These coins are unreachable until the fire melts the ice around them. The best way to melt the ice is to throw fireballs. But actually, any fire will be handy. You can use them as any other coins.

P Blocks and Dash Blocks

P Blocks are something you can’t find so easily. They are hidden. You can use it any way you want. They can be really entertaining. Dash Blocks give Mario speed boost. You have to step on them.

You have to pick up Master Sword. You will be immediately transformed into a popular character from Legend of Zelda, Link. Link can use his sword and arrows to attack and shield to guard himself.
