8. Relaxation Is Not the Only Answer

Relaxation will fail unless you make it a ritual. Make yourself meditate every day for at least 20 minutes. Have a day off, go to a park, rent a boat, feed the birds — do whatever makes you feel emotionally relaxed. And take no gadgets with you.
